ROBERT A. KOTICK

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

ACTIVISION BLIZZARD, INC.

Mr. Kotick has been a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Activision, Inc. since February 1991 until July 2008, when he became Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard in connection with the combination of Activision and Vivendi Games.

By merging Activision, Inc.'s top selling portfolio of console and handheld games with Blizzard Entertainment's leading PC and online subscription franchises, Activision Blizzard is the largest, most profitable pure-play interactive entertainment software publisher in the world with leading market positions across every major category of the rapidly growing interactive entertainment software industry.

The company is based in Santa Monica, California and operates in sixteen countries with more than 7,000 employees worldwide.

In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Activision Blizzard, Mr. Kotick is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Coca-Cola Company, a member of the Board of Trustees for The Center for Early Education, he is Chairman of the Committee of Trustees at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and he is a member of the Board of Directors for the Tony Hawk Foundation.

ERIC HIRSHBERG

Chief Executive Officer of Activision Publishing. Mr. Hirshberg became Chief Executive Officer of Activision Publishing, a subsidiary of Activision Blizzard and, along with Blizzard Entertainment, one of the company's two principal operating units, in September 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Hirshberg served in positions of increasing responsibility with Deutsch LA, most recently serving as its co-chief executive officer and its chief creative officer. Prior to working at Deutsch LA, Mr. Hirshberg worked at Fattal & Collins. Mr. Hirshberg holds a B.F.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

BRIAN HODOUS

Chief Customer Officer of Activision Blizzard. Mr. Hodous became Chief Customer Officer of Activision Blizzard in July 2008 in connection with the combination of Activision and Vivendi Games and was Chief Customer Officer of Activision Publishing from November 2006 until the transaction with Vivendi Games was consummated. Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Mr. Hodous was employed by Cadbury Schweppes, where he held the position of Group Director and Executive Vice President of Global Sales from 1999 to 2006. Prior to working at Cadbury Schweppes, Mr. Hodous served in various sales and senior management positions of increasing responsibility with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Pillsbury, Drackett Products and GlaxoSmithKline plc. Mr. Hodous holds a B.A. degree in Marketing and Management from Marquette University.

THOMAS TIPPL

Chief Operating Officer of Activision Blizzard. Mr. Tippl became our Chief Operating Officer in March 2010 and was our Chief Corporate Officer from March 2009 until March 2010.  He also served as our Chief Financial Officer from July 2008 until March 2012 and was the Chief Financial Officer of Activision Publishing from October 2005 until July 2008, when the combination of Activision and Vivendi Games was consummated.  Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Mr. Tippl served as Head of Investor Relations and Shareholder Services at The Procter & Gamble Company from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Tippl also served as Finance Director of The Procter & Gamble Company, Baby Care, Europe and as a member of the Board of Directors of The Procter & Gamble Company's Fater Italy Joint Venture from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Tippl co-founded The Procter & Gamble Company's Equity Venture Fund in 1999 and also served as Associate Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures for The Procter & Gamble Company from 1999 to 2001. Prior to 1999, Mr. Tippl served in various financial executive positions for The Procter & Gamble Company in Europe, China and Japan. Mr. Tippl holds a Masters degree in Economics & Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

CHRIS WALTHER

Chief Legal Officer of Activision Blizzard. Mr. Walther became our Chief Legal Officer in November 2009. Prior to joining Activision Blizzard, Mr. Walther held a number of positions of increasing responsibility within the legal department of The Procter & Gamble Company from 1992 to 2009, including serving as General Counsel of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, General Counsel for Northeast Asia and, most recently, as General Counsel for Western Europe. Mr. Walther also led Procter & Gamble's corporate and securities and M&A practices. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Mr. Walther served as a law clerk for Senior Judge Harry W. Wellford of the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Walther holds a B.A. degree from Centre College and a J.D. degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
