Video games are for everyone. From creating characters that reflect our players to developing tools that help gamers with varying abilities enjoy our games, our goal is to create an epic experience that is welcoming and safe for every player.

At Activision, we strive to make great games – for all. Our passion for inclusion extends to the craft and care we put into making our games accessible. Through a variety of accessibility features - such as robust subtitles, flexible color vision deficiency filters, and bespoke controller options - we aim to welcome all players to enjoy the epic gaming experiences our company has to offer.

Our Community Impact

We can serve the global community by using our platform to comfort, inspire, and draw communities together.  We also believe in the power of partnership to create opportunities for people and build the next generation of game-changers. 

 

For example, we founded the Call of Duty Endowment in 2009 to help veterans find high-quality careers by supporting groups that prepare them for the job market and by raising awareness of the value vets bring to the workplace. 

 

Additionally, across our global organization, we invest in programs that provide underserved students with exposure to education and career opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts creativity, and Mathematics (STEAM).  We partner with organizations such as The United Negro College FundManagement Leadership for TomorrowEqual Justice Initiative, and Maydm, to name a few.
